To ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive experience for all families, we kindly ask that each attending family review the following prerequisites prior to registering:
Child Age Range:
This retreat is designed for families with at least one child between the ages of 5 and 14.
Safety & Wellbeing for All Participants:
For the emotional and physical safety of all children and caregivers, we ask that participating children are not currently displaying physically aggressive behaviors (such as hitting, biting, or unprovoked physical outbursts toward others).
We understand that dysregulation is a part of many neurodivergent experiences, and we welcome children with emotional sensitivity, sensory needs, or meltdowns when they can be safely supported.
If your child is currently working on safety skills, we encourage you to reach out so we can discuss future support opportunities that better suit your family’s needs.
Caregiver Participation:
At least one parent or primary caregiver must accompany each child throughout the weekend. Caregivers should be open to engaging in group activities and support circles.
Medication & Support Needs:
Please let us know in advance if your child takes medication or requires specific support (e.g., a communication device, mobility aid, or dietary accommodations), so we can make the retreat as welcoming and prepared as possible.
Respect for Neurodiversity:
This retreat affirms and celebrates neurodivergent identities. All attendees are expected to treat one another with kindness, respect, and an open mind.
Space is limited to 30 participants. If interested in attending please reach out and a registration form will be sent to you
